Preparing your ULV Sprayer
There are many things you can do to keep your ULV sprayer running like the day you bought it. Please refer to your specific sprayer manual for the correct maintenance schedule.
Annual Engine Maintenance
- Drain and clean fuel tanks
- Inspect and replace fuel lines
- Change oil and replace oil filter
- Grease & change oil in low pressure blowers
- Replace air filter, fuel filter, and spark plugs
- Inspect engine wiring and battery terminals
- Clean engine and cooling fins
- Clean battery terminals and change if required
Annual Pump Maintenance
- Clean chemical tanks, chemical filters and orifices
- Inspect and replace chemical lines and fittings as required
- Verify flow rates
- Inspect flush solenoids
- Flush Organophosphates after each use
- Flush Synthetic pyrethroids periodically
